Halkorb RH seeks on behalf of its customer, a multinational leading supplier of industrial packaging products and services, a Production Supervisor.

Missions du poste :

• Supervises the day-to-day activities of a smaller, less complex and/or single line production operation and monitors colleague productivity
• Effectively implements new performance management systems, production plans and performance criteria. Runs shift meetings, confirms production progress, and responds to delays. Creates and implements group improvement plans
• Ensures team understands roles and responsibilities as it relates to the team and to Greif
• Encourages joint problem solving, personal safety, and individual development
• Supports Greif mission, follows values of Greif and works to better Greif’s business as a whole
• Implements and enforces compliance with applicable safety and environment regulations, policies, and procedures
• Monitors work schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment
• Troubleshoots issues that arise
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished goods are available as needed
• Providing regular reports to management on production performance

Profil recherché :

• Industrial engineering degree
• Have 5-8 years of working experience and minimum 3 years leading and supervision production teams
• In-depth understanding of production operation and processes
• Good understanding of safety regulations
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong leadership
