Product Training Specialist

Responsibilities: 

• Design and deliver training programs for internal teams and external partners on company products, services, or processes.
• Develop training materials and guides to ensure the efficient transfer of knowledge.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and performance assessments.
• Stay updated on product developments to provide accurate and relevant training.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their training needs and adapt content accordingly.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or an electronic field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills. (English, French, Arabic).
• Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in training methodologies and tools.
• Experience in product or technical training is highly desirable.
