Description:
Halkorb RH is recruiting, on behalf of its client, a multinational operating in the agri-food industrial sector, a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
- Draft and validate job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Manage recruitment plans aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct proactive and targeted talent sourcing using professional networks and digital platforms.
- Publish job advertisements in English.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Screen CVs and conduct interviews in English (phone, video, and face-to-face).
- Assess candidates’ technical skills, soft skills, and English proficiency.
- Prepare structured interview feedback and hiring recommendations.
- Monitor site utilities (power, water, waste) to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer discussions and support salary negotiations.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Follow up on new employees’ integration during probation periods.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and records.
- Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health).
- Prepare regular recruitment reports for HR and management.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven experience in recruiting professional, technical, and managerial profiles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, ATS).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to conduct professional discussions and interviews entirely in English.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong candidate evaluation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and detail-focused approach.
