Description:

Halkorb RH  is recruiting on behalf of its client, a multinational company in the air transport sector, a Administrative Assistant – Airport Coordinator 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and management of passenger’s flight sheets .
  • Daily use of Amadeus and Altea.
  • Close coordination with the airport operations team, handling real-time updates and issue resolution
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between the CFO’s office and airport operations

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Advanced proficiency in Amadeus and Altea systems (mandatory)
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel –and Word……)
  • Previous experience in the aviation/airline sector or ground-handling operations is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
  • Availability to work flexible hours and occasionally visit the airport
