Description:

Halkorb RH is recruiting, on behalf of its client, an international accounting firm, a Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and qualify all inbound leads generated through marketing channels
  • Conduct discovery calls and sales meetings with entrepreneurs and decision-makers
  • Drive structured and consistent follow-up via email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate tailored commercial proposals
  • Own and manage the full sales pipeline from first contact to closing
  • Ensure accurate tracking and pipeline management using monday.com
  • Build and optimize CRM workflows and follow-up sequences
  • Improve conversion rates through structured sales processes and methodologies
  • Guide prospects through the decision-making process with a consultative approach
  • Ensure smooth onboarding handover to the accounting team after closing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and referral sources
  • Continuously analyze and improve sales performance and processes
Required Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
  • Experience in inbound sales is required
  • Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Background in professional services (finance, accounting, legal, consulting) is a plus
  • Experience with CRM tools (monday.com is a plus)
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working with international clients
