Description:
Halkorb RH is recruiting, on behalf of its client, an international accounting firm, a Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and qualify all inbound leads generated through marketing channels
- Conduct discovery calls and sales meetings with entrepreneurs and decision-makers
- Drive structured and consistent follow-up via email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
- Prepare, present, and negotiate tailored commercial proposals
- Own and manage the full sales pipeline from first contact to closing
- Ensure accurate tracking and pipeline management using monday.com
- Build and optimize CRM workflows and follow-up sequences
- Improve conversion rates through structured sales processes and methodologies
- Guide prospects through the decision-making process with a consultative approach
- Ensure smooth onboarding handover to the accounting team after closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners and referral sources
- Continuously analyze and improve sales performance and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
- Experience in inbound sales is required
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Background in professional services (finance, accounting, legal, consulting) is a plus
- Experience with CRM tools (monday.com is a plus)
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working with international clients
