Halkorb RH seeks on behalf of its customer, a multinational company operating in the FMCG sector, a Project Director.

• Supervise departmental activities and staff to ensure operational efficiency in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Manage the Project Department budget and monitor financial performance to identify and address areas of concern.
• Oversee the full project life cycle from initiation through to commissioning, ensuring all parameters—cost, timeline, scope, and quality—are met.
• Recommend and implement policy improvements to ensure compliance with procedural and legislative requirements while delivering cost-effective results.
• Facilitate daily collaboration among staff and stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives while strictly adhering to safety standards.
• Lead department managers to ensure project execution complies with established plans, policies, and safety protocols.
• Review technical submissions to ensure adherence to international engineering standards and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the development and review process for all tenders.
• Manage contract interfaces to ensure seamless and efficient execution across all project segments.
• Implement corrective actions to mitigate potential project delays or cost overruns.
• Inspire subordinates and drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and productivity based on international best practices.
• Monitor adherence to safety and environmental management controls to guarantee employee safety and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical.
• PMP is an advantage
• 10 to 15 years relevant experience in industrial project management including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
•  Fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
