Description:
Halkorb RH seeks on behalf of its customer, a multinational company operating in the FMCG sector, a Procurement Manager.
Missions du poste
- Establish and maintain a database of local and international suppliers in order to ensure that accurate and up to date supplier records are established and maintained.
- Owning the overall supply relationship management that includes negotiating contracts terms, gathering the key stockholders, and consider the escalation point for both the material planning team or the supplier sales team in any conflicts or lack of communication or performance.
- Oversee the vendor selection process, conducting a thorough analysis of suppliers that evaluates not only the cost competitiveness but also the ability to meet business needs, including payment terms, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and their overall track record.
- Undertake supplier performance management on regular basis with taking into consideration the input of other stakeholders from supply chain and quality in order to ensure that they adhere to procurement policies, agreed terms, agreed service performance measures and agreed quality levels of supplied products/service and reporting any deviations which will impact future dealings.
- Supervise the overall Spending Pools purchase processes including monitoring of standard operating procedures and company policy to ensure compliance and standards are met within the department and its activities.
- Manage the respective team under management through contributing to effective development, performance management, and succession planning, in order to maximize team performance and achieve functional objectives. Managerial Responsibilities Contribute to the management of the daily operations of own area of accountability by providing expertise, enabling teamwork, and aligning processes, in order to achieve high performance standards and meet established targets. Profil recherché
- Bachelor’s degree in a related subject from a recognized academic institution.
- Advanced Qualification in Supply Chain / procurement is preferred.
- 7 years of progressive functional experience in the Procurement function
- 3 years of managerial or leadership position in a Procurement
