Description:
Halkorb RH is recruiting, on behalf of its client an international player in the digital and telecom industry ,a Business Development Manager.
Missions du poste :
- Developing and executing business strategies to expand the company’s presence in the Algerian market.
- Identifying new commercial opportunities within telecom, fintech, and digital services.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with mobile operators, aggregators, digital platforms, and public entities.
- Coordinating local business initiatives in alignment with HQ strategy.
- Analyzing market trends and competitive dynamics to drive strategic growth.
- Negotiating contracts and closing key commercial agreements.
- Representing the company at industry events, forums, and meetings with stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with teams based in Madrid to ensure alignment and project success.
Profil recherché :
- 7 to 10 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or key account management, ideally within the telecom, fintech, or digital services sectors.
- Fluency in French, English, and Arabic is required, while Spanish is highly valued for coordination with HQ in Madrid.
- Holds a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Additional training in digital services or commercial strategy is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of DCB, mobile payments, VAS, and SaaS business models, with the ability to identify and leverage new opportunities.
- Shows a proactive hunter mindset, driven by results and capable of building long-term, trusted relationships.
