Description:

Halkorb RH is recruiting, on behalf of its client an international player in the digital and telecom industry ,a Business Development Manager.

Missions du poste : 

  • Developing and executing business strategies to expand the company’s presence in the Algerian market.
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities within telecom, fintech, and digital services.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with mobile operators, aggregators, digital platforms, and public entities.
  • Coordinating local business initiatives in alignment with HQ strategy.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitive dynamics to drive strategic growth.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing key commercial agreements.
  • Representing the company at industry events, forums, and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Collaborating closely with teams based in Madrid to ensure alignment and project success.

Profil recherché : 

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or key account management, ideally within the telecom, fintech, or digital services sectors.
  • Fluency in French, English, and Arabic is required, while Spanish is highly valued for coordination with HQ in Madrid.
  • Holds a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field. 
  • Additional training in digital services or commercial strategy is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of DCB, mobile payments, VAS, and SaaS business models, with the ability to identify and leverage new opportunities.
  • Shows a proactive hunter mindset, driven by results and capable of building long-term, trusted relationships.
